There are three ways you can help the KCDC help our community

1) Volunteer

We are always looking for volunteers with expertise and enthusiasm to help us achieve our mission. If you agree with our mission and you want to help, you can contact us (or one of the Team Heads directly) so that we can arrange to meet with you and find a role in the KCDC that best works for you.

2) Donate to our Town Plaza Project

The goal of the project is to facilitate the design and creation of a Town Square: a public place where residents and visitors’ can gather to meet, gather, celebrate, and relax in the heart of downtown.  The concept will be developed in a public-private partnership with the City, KCDC, members of the community and other non-profit groups to celebrate Ketchum’s heritage, history, achievements and aspirations.

3) Donate to our Revolving Loan Fund

A $50,000 Grant from USDA Rural Development was received in September 2009. This grant was awarded to create a Revolving Loan Fund to be housed and administered by the KCDC. Matching funds on a dollar for dollar basis are required for this grant. The Economic Development Team (EDT) created a Credit Committee to review and approve applications for these loans. 25 Loan applications have been distributed since September 2009. More than $20,000 has been raised for this initiative, but we need to raise more to match the full $50,000 for the USDA.
