The KCDC is a 501c3 non-profit community-based organization dedicated to helping "Community Serve Community" to realize our vision of a Vibrant, Diverse and Sustainable Community

The KCDC's mission is to:

Enhance our vibrant community and quality of life by leveraging public and private resources to foster economic, cultural, and environmental sustainability.

Our more than 70 community volunteers are experts in their respective fields and donate their expertise to one of our four project teams:

• Economic Development Team
• Affordable Workforce Housing Team
  
• Town Design Team, and
• Energy Solutions Team

 

The KCDC is a volunteer-based non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community.

The KCDC’s goals per the new strategic plan are to:

• Promote responsible economic development and diversity
• Work to establish a vibrant town design and preservation of heritage
• Encourage sustainable use of energy, available resources, and the environment
• Provide affordable workforce housing for the community
• Develop communications and outreach programs for greater Ketchum.
